It’s pumpkin time! Fall officially began on September 22nd so I’ve got all my fall decor out and up and a pumpkin spice latte in my hand.
With this warmer than normal Fall weather on the East Coast and temperatures stubbornly staying all the way up in the 80s even into the evening, I was craving the sweet relief of a cool White Russian the other night.
And, because it’s Fall now, pumpkin-spice-everything season is in full effect. I’ve always loved White Russians so I just HAD to try it out with some pumpkin flavored vodka.
This Pumpkin Spice White Russian recipe uses Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka, Kahlua, and half and half. Also, did you know they make Kahlua flavored K-cups?!
It’s a lot easier to make than I realized, so I’ll definitely be enjoying this cocktail more often. I used a shot glass to measure out equal portions of each ingredient.
The recipe is below.

1 part Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka
1 part half and half or light cream
